  I own Just Chute Me Parasailing in Destin Florida. We had Okaloosa-Walton Security install a security system with 9 cameras at our location. We have had several break-ins and Larry and his staff has always answered the phone and has walked us thru on how to make the Law a tape to use for evidence. We have had them out to do adjustments on the cameras and they have never overcharged for the service we ask for. The monitoring service is second to none. We had some problems with two cameras in our office after 2 years of service and they came and replaced with two newer style cameras and there was no charge. I would recommend they guys.

  Had a camera replaced, was charged about 400% what the camera costs online. Then I took the camera to a friends house to test it because I was sure it was not bad. Sure enough the camera was fine, was a simple issue with a wire connection at the camera. They didn't even bother to just fix the issue, just sold me something I didn't need - and fixed the issue when putting up the new camera. Not good business practices.
